What we do

Since Promech is an API certified facility, one of the scopes that we do is repair and recertification for the production and check and kill manifolds. We used to replace manifold valves by readymade valves brands that are imported from overseas. It was mandatory to supply the valves that complies to Aramco Well Control manual 6th edition and those valves take 3-4 months at least to be in in KSA which was a big challenge to find alternative solution to shorten this long delivery time. After working in this business since 2015 and realizing the market huge needs for those valves to be supplied and manufactured in very short period of time, we decided that this is the time to manufacture the valves locally in KSA

As part of our continuous development for our products, Promech engineering team worked on designing gate valves that planned to be manufactured in KSA. To support this target fully on manufacturing we have already upgraded our machines to be able to deliver the highest quality at very fast time.

Today we are proud to announce that we manufactured the first manifold completely in Promech starting from valve forged bodies to machining, cladding PWHT assembly, NDT, hydro and gas testing, painting to manifold assembly.
